Kingsbridge first developed its IR35 status determination tool in 2020, in response to the incoming IR35 reforms to help end clients and recruiters stay compliant while retaining access to a highly skilled temporary workforce. Six years on, the platform remains central to the company's proposition to contractors, recruitment agencies, and end clients, establishing whether an engagement falls inside or outside IR35 and supporting the compliance officers who evidence those decisions.
